At Love, Nala we want to make sure that you are 100% satisfied with our products. The following policy applies to any returns, replacements or refunds, as applicable.
Love, Nala will accept a request to replace an order after the product has been delivered to the customer if the product is received in a damaged state.
If you request a replacement of the ordered product, Love, Nala will cover the shipping price and ship the replacement product at its earliest convenience and you will receive a notice that the replacement product has shipped along with a tracking number.
If you are requesting a refund because your cat won’t eat the food, we encourage you to explore our FAQs for tips on a healthy transition to a new diet. After following our tips for 10 days with no progress, please contact us and we will issue a full refund.
